Meditation is a skill that you can learn and get good at.

Every spiritual path throughout time has included meditation as a way to reach higher states of awareness and inner peace.

The physical benefits of meditation are known to modern medicine:
• nervous system regulation
• reduces stress
• reduces anxiety
• improves memory
• improves immunity
• improves sleep
• reduces pain
• improves cardiac health, etc.

Meditation is also the best way to gain inner clarity in life’s ups and downs. You are your own source of all the knowledge and power you need to live your best life.​​

It’s just a matter of quieting the monkey mind enough to be able to tune into your own higher intelligence. As I tell my students, the mind's job is to think, so don't make your mind your enemy simply because it's doing it's job. The mind is a tool that we can learn to use for our own benefit.

That’s where meditation comes in. But don’t worry, if you’re one of those people who think you can’t meditate, this class is for you.
​
Like any skill we start out on, we can’t expect to have immediate success. It’s takes time, and practical application of effective techniques.
​
This class will teach you several simple techniques that you can start using immediately to become a better and better meditator.

Everyone can benefit from meditation, and with these tools everyone can learn how!
